To be able to have excellence with care for ones vehicle and own property is seriously important. There is no deceit here. It's "this is what we see, this is our recommended next steps, and here's a printout." That is professionalism and excellence with a car. Also, I like how they do appointments. No waiting in line unnecessarily. It's showing up at your appointed time. Change the industry fellas. I believe in you guys. You're AMERICA'S hope in good mechanics.

My husband and I had an extremely satisfactory experience at Essential Auto Care. We didn’t know about this shop up until an urgent intervention was needed on our car. We had an upcoming trip and everything got fixed in no time. Michael was the person that took care of us from beginning to end. The shop runs on appointments but Michael was able to help us right away. Besides being super nice and polite, he was honest, fair and knowledgeable about the specifics of my car. He kept in touch with us through text and email about the status of the car. The shop is clean and well maintained (which my husband loved) The pricing was fair and what you would normally pay. It is hard to trust mechanics but this shop’s got our trust and we are customers now.

Gave me discounts when i came in for a oil change and tire rotation. While you wait on your car, they have a very comfortable waiting room which also offers the customer a good selection of beverages. Mike the shop manager will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. A+++ in customer service! Mike and his team have been nothing more than helpful and respectful. They truly do make you feel welcomed and take their time to make sure all your needs are met. They utilized an electronic report for your car and take pictures of the problematic areas. They go over everything with you to clear up any confusion. The team had no problem working on my 2009 Toyota Camry with 154,000 miles on it and gave me a very honest deal. What is even more great was some of the parts that were installed were covered by their warranty! I've been through a lot of shops before meeting Essential Auto Care, and I will make this the only shop I go to from now on. Great Job Team!
